Over 51 hectares of employment land with industrial units starting at 25,000 sq ft.
Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have secured developer status in relation to the first phase of a new major industrial site located in Peterborough.
The site, which is allocated for employment use and about to receive Outline consent, will be capable of providing a range of industrial units from 25,000 sq ft up to much larger units.
Property and land here are relatively affordable – this makes operating a business in the city cost effective and highly attractive.
Development
Scheme to develop and deliver a new employment area.
Site Information
The site is allocated for employment and adjoins an existing, successful, light industrial quarter. It is likely that a large proportion of the site will fall into this, though outline master planning is needed before confirmation.
Connectivity
Rail links to the north and south of the UK are just two minutes from site with London just 45 minutes away. It has excellent local public transport links via a bus station and direct connection to the A47 and A1M. The internationally renowned city of Cambridge with its world-leading university and high-tech cluster is just 40 miles away, and Tilbury, Felixstowe and Hull ports are just over 100 miles.
